In a just published Form 13, filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Black Box Corp (NASDAQ:BBOX) reported that Jpmorgan Chase & Co. has picked up 834,402 of common stock as of 2017-01-27.

The acquisition brings the aggregate amount owned by Jpmorgan Chase & Co. to a total of 834,402 representing a 5.5% stake in the company.

For those not familiar with the company, Black Box Corporation is a technology solutions provider. The Company is engaged in designing, building, managing and securing the information technology (IT) infrastructure. Offerings under the Company’s Products platform include IT infrastructure, specialty networking, multimedia and keyboard/video/mouse (KVM) switching. Offerings under its Services platform include unified communications, data infrastructure and managed services. It conducts business globally and manages its business on a geographic-service type basis consisting of four segments: North America Products, North America Services, International Products and International Services. The offerings of its Products platform are distributed through value-added resellers, direct marketing manufacturers, mass merchandisers, Web retailers and others.

A glance at Black Box Corp (NASDAQ:BBOX)’s key stats reveals a current market capitalization of 207.53 million based on 15.15 million shares outstanding and a price at last close of $13.80 per share.

Looking at insider activity, there are a few transactions worth noting.
