The acquisition brings the aggregate amount owned by Brown Advisory Inc. to a total of 93,780 representing a 0.11% stake in the company.
For those not familiar with the company, Dexcom, Inc. (Dexcom) is a medical device company. The Company is focused on the design, development and commercialization of continuous glucose monitoring systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and for use by healthcare providers for the treatment of people with and without diabetes. Its products include SEVEN PLUS, DexCom G4, DexCom G4 PLATINUM, DexCom Share System and DexCom G5 Mobile.
A glance at Dexcom Inc (NASDAQ:DXCM)’s key stats reveals a current market capitalization of $5.62 billion based on 84.52 million shares outstanding and a price at last close of $64.91 per share.
Looking at insider activity, there are a few transactions worth noting.
